What do Share, Edit, and Delete do?

The menu opens WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. Share uses the share sheet on this device, or an email when that is not available. Edit changes the name, the target URL, or when that one link is deleted. Delete asks you to confirm, then removes the short link. It no longer opens.
