iShare is a short link with nothing else attached. Paste an address, take the short URL, and send people straight to that page.

What it is

A shortener for one job. A long address becomes a short one on isha.re, short enough to read out loud or drop into a message. There is no account to create and no feed to manage. The link is yours until you delete it, or until a date you choose.

How it works

Paste a URL and choose Short it. iShare stores that address and hands back a short code. Anyone who opens the short link lands on the original page. The list on your screen is the links you made in this browser, so they are still there when you come back.

Forever is the default, so a link stays. After and On a date are there when it should disappear on its own. Open in the menu goes to the real page. Delete removes the short link completely, and the code stops working.

Made to stay out of the way

One field. A short URL. The original page at the other end. Copy it, share it, and when the link has done its job, delete it. The documentation covers the screen. The API is there when a project needs the same short link.
